MONITOR-100R is a latest-generation of electronic heat cost allocator that can be applied to radiators for measuring user’s heat consumption in buildings with decentralized systems and vertical riser for heating distribution.
The heat cost allocator, when combined with a thermostat or chronothermostat, regulates the temperature and heat consumption in order to ensure greater comfort, the quantification of actual heating consumption and the fair allocation of costs.
The heat consumption data can be collected via radio and processed either directly by the building administrator manager or with the help of Caleffi Service.
